Your questions answered
02/09/20Our generation uses the internet to solve many of our day-to-day problems. Google is possibly the fastest way to gain information. However, YouTube is becoming the best source of ‘how to’ get things done quickly. I often use it for anything from assembling shelves to cleaning my vacuum cleaner. And yes, there is a lot of information available on YouTube about how to apply for an immigrant visa for the United States as well.
While I believe many of those videos can be really helpful in the step-by-step of completing an application, they are missing one very important element, the human factor. That’s where I can help. I can draw upon my years of experience reviewing those very documents and issuing the actual visas to answer your specific questions.
For example, you or your spouse may have been denied a visa previously and you’re not sure if or where to add that information. Is it relevant to the immigrant petition or not? How about the time you were on holiday in the U.S and got a speeding ticket? Does that count as a criminal record?
While I know you can watch a video and fill in the answers, I am here to review your answers and answer any questions that may arise during the process. It is always worth having an expert on your side and at your disposal.
