We also provide a standalone Express Interview preparation service, to help build your confidence ahead of your interview.

Express Interview Preparation:
Build your confidence, ace your interview £75 (Approx $95*)
- 30-minute video/audio call including full visa interview with a former Consular Officer
- Assessment of potential stumbling blocks to visa issuance
- Advice on how to overcome any potential issues
- Tips for how to convey information to interviewing officer in clear, concise manner
- Review of documents required at time of interview
- Time to ask any questions you may have regarding the interview process
Introductory Case Review:
£250 (Approx $332*)
The first step is for your case to be reviewed by a former U.S. Consular Officer.
This is a simple, straightforward process that begins when applicants complete an Enquiry Form on our Contact Page. On receipt of your enquiry form, one of the team will contact you by phone or email.
- You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire setting out your desired visa, personal details, and the circumstances that may impact your immigration application.
- You will receive our company policy, including our Terms & Conditions and payment details.
- We will arrange a one-hour call with you, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your case with the former Consular Officer who has reviewed your questionnaire.
- During the call, our expert will share their initial thoughts on your case and where they can add value to your application process. They will also answer any initial questions you may have.
- Any more complicated questions (within reason) that cannot be answered on the initial call will be answered in the proposal email.
- You will then receive a proposal for future collaboration, via an Essential Service package or a Bespoke Service, for complicated cases.
Payment of £250 for the Introductory Case Review will be requested with the submission of the initial questionnaire and scheduling of phone interview. The £250 fee will be applied towards the cost of the Essential Package (£2500) or a personally tailored Bespoke Package (price to be quoted), if undertaken within three months of the date of the proposal letter.
Monthly Case Check-up:
£40 per month/six months (Approx. $50 USD per month/six months) *
If you are happy to move your immigration journey forward on your own after the Introductory Case Review, this plan allows you continued access to our team of experts with your most pressing questions. You will be given access to our online case management system, where you can add your questions and concerns. A former consular officer will review and respond to your questions by a date agreed upon each month. If you have a time sensitive question, we will strive to respond sooner.
These could be questions about completing documents, obtaining supporting information from other countries, or preparing for the interview. We offer this service for a minimum commitment of six months, which can be extended on a month-by-month basis after the initial six months as required. Please note, this does not involve full document review or further calls.
* This is an additional service provided to clients who have booked and completed an Initial Case Review.
Essential Service Package:
£2,500 inc VAT (Approx $3322*)
This package guides you through the application process, with advice and suggestions about securing a U.S. Family Immigrant visa (IR, CR, and K; we are not currently able to offer this package to those seeking adoptions). The Essential Package includes:
- Document review for the Form I-130 petition and the DS-260 visa application.
- Audio/video call to review document preparation (one-hour session x2).
- Interview preparation session via video link (one-hour session x2).
- An opportunity to send one enquiry email per week until visa interview is completed.
- Optional use of an interactive case management application.
Bespoke Service Package
Bespoke packages may be created for clients who do not fall into the family-based (IR, CR, and K) visa categories, or who have extraordinary circumstances requiring in-depth research. These cases may include possible obstructions such as criminal records, difficulty in obtaining necessary documents, or concerns about meeting medical or financial obligations.
The cost of these packages is very much dependent on the nature and complexity of the individual case and, as such, will be reviewed on a progressive scale. Our goal is to keep the packages as affordable as possible.
